Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days after purchase.
Shipping arrival times vary depending on the destination country of the order.
Estimated Delivery: 3-5 days within the EU, 8-12 days outside the EU.
Please note that during holidays, delivery times may be extended due to increased shipping demands.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the unique nature of Les Chères vintage items, all sales are final, and orders are not eligible for return or refund.
Cancellation requests can only be accommodated before shipment, and a processing fee of 10% of the total order value will be applied.
Les Chères is not liable for lost or undelivered parcels, nor for any damages resulting from improper use or care of the product. For information on proper care, please refer to our Care & Considerations page.
In the event of a returned package due to inaccurate address details or unclaimed parcels, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred.

Please note that all vintage watches sold by Les Chères may come with minor imperfections, as expected with pre-owned timepieces. Any notable imperfections are clearly shown in the provided images and described in detail. By purchasing, you agree to accept the item as presented in both the images and the description.
